My parents and I had the opportunity to attend the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Open House. There were many different types of war planes. It was so cool! Helicopters and airplanes have always been cool and interesting to me.
It was a ton of fun being able to go and spend the day with my parents. I have always enjoyed spending my time with them. Not many teenagers say that about their parents. I am a different teenager that is for sure.
We were able to walk around on the "tarmack" to look at the different types of planes and helicopters, while listening to music. They had a rock wall and a bouncy house along with Radio Disney. On the inside of the building there were different tables to look at.

John Barry. He is awesome. My mom and I were able to get to know him through the Mesa Chamber. Yeah for connections!But seriously, he is a nice person and runs his operations smoothly.
